• Interconnection & Market Design: lead analysis of market designs and interconnection changes.
• Strategic Policy Advocacy: represent the company in regional trade groups and drive policy changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in energy business development or market strategy.
• Deep knowledge of interconnection, wholesale markets, and project finance.
• Strong network with utilities, trade groups, and partners.
• Experience with FERC tariffs and wholesale market rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
