Director of M&A Operation Integrations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration across planning, supply chain, and operations
• Conduct pre-close operational due diligence on target's maturity, risks, and systems
• Develop and maintain integration playbooks, timelines, and trackers
• Coordinate functions during integration to align planning, procurement, and IT
• Evaluate ERP/PLM/MES/QMS consolidation and migrations
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on M&A integration experience (10+ preferred)
• Deep cross-functional ops background: planning, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, quality
• Direct experience in operational due diligence for M&A deals
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS in Ops, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP), PLM, MES, and planning tools
• Data-driven, able to synthesize complex data into clear integration plans
