  • Own the end-to-end patient lifecycle from welcome to re-engagement.
  • Build and run lifecycle campaigns via Iterable and Knock in HIPAA-compliant Freshpaint.
  • Design and run rigorous A/B tests with holdouts and clear significance.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data to instrument events, trigger logic, and ML-based segmentation.
  • Create AI-assisted workflows for content generation, segmentation, and automation.
  • Hire and develop a 2–3 person lifecycle team in H2 2026.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing with hands-on Iterable and/or Braze.
  • Fluent in Knock or eager to go deep; understand CRM vs notification layer.
  • Design A/B tests with hypotheses and holdout groups; explain statistical significance.
  • Shipped lifecycle programs with Eng: webhooks, data schemas; proactive logic.
  • Active use of AI tools for content, segmentation, or automation; provide a 90-day example.
  • Experience in consumer health, consumer subscription, or emotional-journey contexts.
  • Comfortable with HIPAA compliance in marketing communications.
