πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own and scale unified ABM and lifecycle strategies across 1:1, 1:few, 1:many programs
  • Lead and mentor lifecycle/ABM marketers with hands-on ownership of key initiatives
  • Partner with Sales & RevOps on target accounts, segmentation, insights
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, ads, direct mail, events, in-app, SMS, exec programs)
  • Drive mid- and bottom-funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, and deal acceleration
  • Build onboarding, engagement, and expansion programs to increase adoption and lifetime value

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing across ABM, lifecycle, or demand gen (ideally B2B SaaS or AI)
  • 3+ years owning ABM programs for enterprise accounts
  • Experience leading and scaling marketing teams with a player-coach mindset
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline, revenue, retention, and expansion
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and lifecycle stages
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools
