🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in wholesale/retail with Sporting Goods, Mass, or Dept Store.
- Proven success managing large national retail accounts with forecasts and high-volume programs.
- Demonstrated people leadership; ability to lead through influence.
- Strong financial/analytical skills; P&L, forecasting, margins.
- Excellent communication and executive presence with retailers and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative, cross-functional partner; able to scale in fast-paced environments.
