📋 Description

• Lead IT operations: infra, network, cloud, data centers, service desk.
• Ensure stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems.
• Align IT with business goals; drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with CTO to develop IT strategy and roadmaps.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, SLAs, and cost controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT ops mgmt; 6+ yrs leadership.
• Experience running on-prem and cloud IT infra in mid/large enterprise.
• Proficient with Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• IT service management (ITSM) and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps.
