Manage IT operations, help desk, procurement, and vendor relationships
Scale infrastructure to support multi-site growth and new office buildouts

🎯 Requirements

Deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud infra, and network admin
Leadership, team development, cross-functional collaboration
Clear communication of complex tech to non-technical audiences
Identify and mitigate security and operational risks
5+ years in IT infra with cloud and identity management
SOC 2 audits experience

🎁 Benefits

Base salary $160,000–$190,000 + equity
