📋 Description

• Own day-to-day tech ops; ensure systems are available and well-supported.
• Lead 8–12 month integration; align processes and data.
• Build and run the IT function to support long-term growth.
• Lead a global IT team (~14) across US, India, China, Mexico.
• Operate at both technical and leadership levels; architect and troubleshoot.
• Define and manage incident response processes and comms.

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive); Slack Enterprise Grid admin
• 10+ yrs IT ops; 5+ yrs leading teams; 200+ users; M&A/integration
