• Lead IT strategy and align with company scaling goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT; master's preferred; 8+ yrs IT with 3+ in leadership.
• Extensive experience with networking, infrastructure, and AWS cloud (EC2/S3/RDS/VPC).
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN/VPN/firewall; servers, storage, virtualization.
• AWS architecture expertise; security best practices; cost optimization.
• IT security and compliance standards (SOC2/HIPAA); audits.
• Strong leadership, communication; able to manage multiple projects.
