📋 Description

• Own and drive IT transformation from a support function to a strategic partner.
• Define and execute an IT strategy aligned with company goals and long-term growth.
• Design scalable governance and operating models across IT; drive organizational change.
• Build reliable IT operations including service management, incident response, and change processes.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure and core tooling (Twingate, PagerDuty, CrowdStrike).
• Ensure strong security posture and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIS2.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT leadership with transformation track record.
• Experience restructuring IT org in complex/fast-growing environments.
• Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure) plus IT architecture and security fundamentals.
• ITIL, Agile/Scrum and compliance standards.
• Hands-on cybersecurity fundamentals, threat detection, and incident response.
• Strong leadership and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
