🎯 Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree or higher.
8-10 years experience in banking, consulting, or specialty finance.
Experience presenting to institutional investors or execs; translate analysis into clear narratives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence stakeholders.
Strong SQL; Tableau, Python; Databricks a plus; Excel and PowerPoint expertise.
Knowledge of consumer finance concepts: credit risk modeling, loan lifecycle, metrics.
