- Own international sales performance, including pipeline, forecasting, and revenue
- Manage and develop a team of international AEs and SDRs
- Hire, onboard, and ramp future international sales talent
- Establish sales strategy and GTM approach for Europe, with future expansion into other regions
- Partner with Strategy, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and CS to align regions
- Design scalable processes for outbound, inbound, and expansion motions
π― Requirements
- Experience leading and scaling sales teams across AE and SDR
- Quota-carrying seller with strong deal execution
- Experience selling internationally or building sales motions outside the US
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Comfort operating with autonomy
- Strong judgment around hiring, prioritization, and resource allocation
