  • Own international sales performance, including pipeline, forecasting, and revenue
  • Manage and develop a team of international AEs and SDRs
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp future international sales talent
  • Establish sales strategy and GTM approach for Europe, with future expansion into other regions
  • Partner with Strategy, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and CS to align regions
  • Design scalable processes for outbound, inbound, and expansion motions

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams across AE and SDR
  • Quota-carrying seller with strong deal execution
  • Experience selling internationally or building sales motions outside the US
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Comfort operating with autonomy
  • Strong judgment around hiring, prioritization, and resource allocation
