Director of Internal Audit

📋 Description

• Role based in London or Luxembourg with in-person attendance 5 days/week.
• Oversee audits for Robinhood's international entities across Brokerage and Crypto products.
• Lead end-to-end audit lifecycle: planning, execution, reporting, remediation validation.
• Present audit results and recommendations to senior management and Audit Committee.
• Manage internal audit team and external support; regulatory or board reporting.
• Lead audit discussions with Brokerage, Crypto, Security and Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Risk Mgmt, CS, IS, Data Science, or Eng).
• 10+ years auditing across Operations, IT, risk, compliance or software dev.
• Expertise in Brokerage, Crypto financial products and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business, engineering, data and product teams to automate controls.
• Strong experience in executive reporting; interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• End-to-end project management and cross-functional collaboration.
