🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in mission-critical facilities or data centers
- 5+ years in multi-site or enterprise leadership
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infra (UPS, cooling, gens)
- Experience with capacity planning and vendor management
- Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and risk in critical environments
- Ability to communicate with technical teams and executives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
