Director of Identity and Access Management Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned with security and business goals
• Lead implementation, integration, and operation of PAM, IGA, MFA, and identity services
• Establish IAM architecture standards for secure, scalable on-prem, cloud, and SaaS
• Lead and develop the IAM team with coaching across engineering, delivery, and operations
• Manage on-call support and escalation coverage for IAM services
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver secure and effective IAM solutions aligned to enterprise needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related discipline
• 15+ years in IAM or security engineering, including leading teams and programs
• 6+ years of people management experience
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent IAM/security certs preferred
• Hands-on experience implementing, integrating, and operating IAM across on‑prem, cloud, SaaS
• Experience with IAM capabilities: PAM, IGA, access management, MFA, federation
