📋 Description

  • Lead and execute the India HR strategy aligned with global initiatives and business objectives.
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on org design, planning, performance, and engagement.
  • Drive the India Return-to-Office (RTO) strategy with change management and adoption.
  • Lead and champion culture transformation initiatives reinforcing values and high performance.
  • Build and strengthen performance management programs, including goals, feedback, and reviews.
  • Partner with leaders to address performance challenges and elevate manager effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership in India HR.
  • Strong knowledge of India labor laws, regulations, and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience leading RTO programs, culture transformation, and PM initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in manager coaching and enablement.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or high-tech services company.
