Lead enterprise UKG config: earnings codes, pay rules, org structure, security
Design/deploy new UKG modules and enhancements; evaluate platform releases
Produce SOPs, training materials, rollout communications for managers, employees, HR partners
Manage manager-level UKG help-desk; escalation for system issues
Define 12-month UKG roadmap including acquisitions

🎯 Requirements

5+ years direct UKG Pro & Workforce Management experience
10+ years payroll and HRIS experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Info Systems, or related
Multi-state, multi-entity experience
Experience in high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations
Hands-on payroll execution and payroll tax compliance fluency
