- Design scalable HR processes for onboarding, changes, terminations, leaves, and support.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce admin via automation and AI.
- Build and maintain standardized HR procedures, governance, and controls.
- Partner with HR, Operations, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to improve compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead operational assessments and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and scalability opportunities.
- Lead administration and optimization of HR systems and service delivery platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations, systems, service delivery, and/or Total Rewards.
- Experience helping scale or modernize HR Operations within a multi-site, service-based, or distributed organization.
- Demonstrated success improving processes, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience leveraging HR technology, workflow automation, and/or AI-enabled solutions strongly preferred.
- Strong change management, communication, stakeholder partnership, and problem-solving capabilities.
