📋 Description

  • Design scalable HR processes for onboarding, changes, terminations, leaves, and support.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce admin via automation and AI.
  • Build and maintain standardized HR procedures, governance, and controls.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to improve compliance and effectiveness.
  • Lead operational assessments and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and scalability opportunities.
  • Lead administration and optimization of HR systems and service delivery platforms.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations, systems, service delivery, and/or Total Rewards.
  • Experience helping scale or modernize HR Operations within a multi-site, service-based, or distributed organization.
  • Demonstrated success improving processes, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging HR technology, workflow automation, and/or AI-enabled solutions strongly preferred.
  • Strong change management, communication, stakeholder partnership, and problem-solving capabilities.
