- Partner with CEO/CFO/ELT to plan hiring; build recruiting infra.
- Design culture programs and engagement surveys; drive performance cycles.
π― Requirements
- 8+ years HR, incl. 3+ years in senior/head HR at a venture-backed startup.
- Proven scale from 25 to 250 employees across the full people function.
- Hands-on with Rippling; familiarity with Lattice or similar PM platforms.
- Comfort with private equity compensation and equity questions.
- Deep knowledge of California employment law, federal HR compliance, and multi-state operations.
- Experience building culture/frameworks from scratch; able to present to Board/ELT.
