📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a UK growth plan focused on new customers, partnerships, and revenue expansion
  • Identify and drive high-value opportunities from early engagement through contracting
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders across enterprise, defence, public sector, and partner ecosystems
  • Drive UK strategy aligned with Government, MOD, and security needs to accelerate adoption
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships with OEMs, technology partners, and channel partners
  • Lead negotiation and closure of complex commercial agreements and terms

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy in defense or dual-use tech
  • 6+ years leading partnerships in technology, aerospace, defence, or related high-tech sectors
  • Proven success leading complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise opportunities
  • Deep understanding of UK enterprise, government/public sector, defence and regulated markets; UK citizenship with eligibility for security clearance
  • Strong network across relevant UK industries and ecosystems
  • Experience structuring strategic partnerships and commercial terms
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Understanding of Drone Market or UAV flight control systems (e.g., PX4) with hands-on UAV piloting or flight testing preferred
