  • Lead media planning, buying, and optimization across online and offline channels.
  • Lead multi-channel acquisition across paid media, partnerships, SEO/ASO.
  • Balance short-term efficiency with long-term brand equity and align Brand with performance.

  • 10+ years in acquisition, growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven experience owning acquisition and retention strategies at scale.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and ROI optimization.
  • Hands-on with experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and analytics.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle tools (e.g., Braze).
  • Experience leading and scaling teams; Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
