  • Lead and scale a strategic Group Subscriptions plan.
  • Drive growth: renewals, CS, automation; grow the book.
  • Grow BI's Group Subscriptions book and profit YoY.
  • Lead sales for high-value clients; mentor junior staff.
  • Oversee automation and tech stack to scale Group & Consumer subs.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Analytics, and Product/Tech on roadmap and data overhaul.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience in group/B2B subscriptions; understands LTV and CACs.
  • Proven sales/account mgmt track record; meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Experience prospecting and managing senior-level relationships.
  • CRM proficiency and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LeadIQ).
  • Experience building and growing a team; cross-functional with product/tech.
  • Strong communication, data analysis, forecasting, and strategic thinking.
