Director of Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead global payroll ops across Americas, EMEA, APAC; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles: regular, off-cycle, bonus, termination.
• Ensure equity payroll for RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPP.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Equity Admin for alignment and reporting.
• Lead payroll integration for mergers, acquisitions, and international expansions.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance where applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years in payroll with at least 5 years in global leadership.
• Deep expertise in global payroll operations, payroll accounting, equity payroll.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, compliance.
• Proven equity compensation tax reporting experience.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Rippling).
