  • Manage and develop a team of three Channel Account Managers (2 US, 1 UK).
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new partners to sell BloodHound Enterprise.
  • Define and manage GTM strategy with key partners and revenue targets.
  • Establish productive relationships with partners from leadership to field sales.
  • Identify and qualify short- and long-term opportunities; address competitive threats.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years full-cycle channel sales management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep channel sales expertise; GTM strategy design and management.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Experienced negotiator on terms and pricing with customers and partners.
  • Experience building and executing partner business and marketing plans.
