- Senior leadership role in Marshmallow's Group Finance reporting to the Group CFO
- Own FP&A for Group and all regulated entities MIL, MFSL, and MCSL
- Build and present Board KPI packs and manage budgets/forecasts
- Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews and financial modelling
- Build Marshmallow's Procurement function and explore treasury/investment path
- Drive Planful rollout and AI-enabled FP&A across the business
🎯 Requirements
- Qualified accountant — ACA or ACCA strongly preferred
- Significant FP&A experience in high-growth, complex financial services
- Experience across multiple regulated entities or subsidiaries at Group and entity levels
- Proven budgeting and forecasting ability at entity, product and Group levels
- Hands-on Planful and NetSuite experience
- AI-forward mindset; ability to drive finance transformation
