• Lead and grow FP&A team, mentor members while transforming processes and analytics.
• Drive AI tooling in FP&A; show potential with Claude Cowork, Replit/Lovable, Drivetrain.
• Build next-gen financial metrics and reporting including hybrid human/agent planning.
• Own annual planning and monthly rolling forecast processes with dept leaders.
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance, unit economics, investments.
• Create board and investor materials communicating Loop's financial story.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years FP&A or corporate finance in fast-paced B2B SaaS.
• Directly managed FP&A teams and demonstrated impact on careers.
• Uses AI tooling as an amplifier for judgment, not a replacement for understanding.
• Detail-oriented, scrappy financial modeler with an impactful model.
• Expert in SaaS metrics and improving unit economics in growth-stage companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative, data-driven partner who influences decisions.
