🎯 Requirements

10+ years in field services, robotics, or automation.
5+ years leading a field service team (remote technicians).
Experience scaling field service: staffing, PM programs, dispatch, parts.
Proficient with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service.
Data-driven with KPIs and cost optimization.
