🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service experience with workflows, queues, escalations, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and troubleshooting in industrial/warehouse environments.
- Data-driven with KPIs, productivity metrics, and cost optimization; strong English communication.
