  • Oversee daily facilities operations, including maintenance, security, janitorial, and vendor management

  • International experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or related field
  • Proven experience managing diverse office environments, preferably in high-growth or tech
  • Proven experience launching new office spaces, including site selection, design, and construction coordination
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and vendor management
  • Experience managing leases, budgets, contracts, and capex
  • High EQ with leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional partners
