- Proven experience managing diverse office environments, preferably in high-growth or tech
- Proven experience launching new office spaces, including site selection, design, and construction coordination
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and vendor management
- Experience managing leases, budgets, contracts, and capex
- High EQ with leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional partners
