Director of Enrollment and Eligibility

📋 Description

• Own eligibility and enrollment for Gravie employer groups.
• Ensure timely, accurate eligibility setup for downstream systems.
• Establish SLAs and controls for plan-level eligibility accuracy.
• Lead testing, validation, and go-live for new groups and changes.
• Drive automation to reduce manual work and improve speed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in eligibility and enrollment (TPA/health plan/benefits).
• 5+ years of people leadership, including managers.
• Deep understanding of eligibility and impact on claims, billing, funding.
• Experience with enrollment systems, eligibility files, and claims platforms.
• Strong operational, analytical, and process-design skills.
• Experience with stop-loss reporting and carrier/vendor integrations.
