📋 Description

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams; foster innovation and accountability.

• Drive the technical strategy for Workflows UI using React, Node.js, and Kubernetes.
• Own operational rhythm; establish metrics and processes for engineering excellence.

• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and costs.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leading high-performing engineering orgs; experience managing other managers.
• Strong technical background leading UI (React, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js).
• Experience with AWS, GCP and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with product and design to build a long-term roadmap.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident; compliant with policy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a large, globally distributed organization.
