🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering, esp. platform, security, or financial systems.
- 4+ years leading distributed teams of 4+ engineers.
- Strong experience building systems where correctness and security are paramount.
- Experience with cryptographic systems, key management, or HSM integration.
- Familiar with transactional systems and idempotent APIs.
- Experience organizing on-call rotations for high-stakes systems.
