🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering, with platform, security, or financial systems focus.
- 4+ years leading distributed teams of 4+ engineers across geographies.
- Experience building systems where correctness and security are paramount.
- Cryptographic systems, key management, or HSM integration experience.
- Transactional systems with reliable, idempotent APIs; on-call rotations.
- Self-starter, cross-team collaborator; CS degree; strong communication.
