🎯 Requirements

- Experience scaling engineering orgs, hiring, and developing teams through growth.
- Strong background setting architecture for distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Experience leading in regulated environments with reliability and auditability.
- Experience partnering with senior cross-functional/executive stakeholders.
- Experience building core financial infra: ledgering, payments, deposits, funding, reporting.
