🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years spacecraft engineering; 5+ years system-level architecture ownership.
• End-to-end spacecraft design accountability across subsystems.
• Direct ownership of at least one spacecraft mission through flight.
• Experience transitioning from early demonstration missions to follow-ons.
• Proven ability to lead multiple engineering disciplines concurrently.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ambiguity tolerance.
