Director of Engineering, Security Products

📋 Description

• Lead teams building identity, authorization, and encryption platforms.
• Define and drive security product roadmap (IAM, auth, encryption).
• Own production security services: availability, reliability, SLOs.
• Translate customer, compliance, and GRC needs into designs.
• Oversee secure, scalable systems integrating with ID providers and KMS.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions for enterprise deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams, including managers.
• Proven track record delivering security/identity/encryption products (IAM, KMS, HSM).
• Experience designing/operating distributed systems with high availability.
• Strong security concepts: authentication, authorization, encryption, audit logging.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA and related requirements.
