📋 Description

• Define and own the unified security operations strategy across four domains.
• Formalize Cyber Threat Intelligence into a structured program.
• Own IAM strategy across corporate systems and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, Trust & Safety, and execs to align priorities.
• Own accountability for security outcomes across four domains with measurable results.
• Hands-on as needed: review detection logic and prototype solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership across multiple teams.
• Technical: can read/write code (Python ideal) and review designs with engineers.
• Experience maturing a security function into a structured, repeatable program.
• Strong decision making and ability to bring others along.
• Clear communication to engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Autonomy and bias for action; drive alignment across the org.
• Deep experience with IAM at scale in cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS).
