🎯 Requirements

5+ years in backend/distributed systems; 5+ years as EM (2+ managing managers).
Strong infrastructure instincts; experience with event-driven architecture and migrations.
Fluent in AI/ML systems; partner with ML org on automation decisions.
Experience with ops or human-in-the-loop teams; QA, calibration, and appeals.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with eng, ML, policy, product.
Practical about throughput, vendor management, and unit economics.
