🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering, including leadership of teams.
• Proven experience building/scaling cloud platforms or distributed systems.
• Strong cloud infrastructure, microservices, and automation knowledge.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or PaaS products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional skills.
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on with architecture decisions.
