🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years engineering management experience, including leading managers
- Strong track record diagnosing and improving delivery in cross-functional teams
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end with Product partners
- Comfort leading in new domains and earning trust quickly
- Builder's instinct: shipping meaningful work and enabling your team
- Background in construction tech, proptech, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience building or scaling a marketplace at early stage
