🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years engineering experience with 4+ years leading managers.
- Strong operational SRE/observability, incident leadership.
- Great people leader: hires well, develops managers, sets priorities.
- Experience designing, building and shaping high-scale distributed systems (platforms, integrations, services).
- Managing velocity while building for scale — balancing rapid delivery with architecture and maintainability.
- Experience modernizing legacy platforms — migrating monoliths to scalable architectures.
