🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience; 5+ years in engineering leadership
- Proven track record managing engineering managers and multi-team orgs
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or large-scale enterprise with multi-tenant architecture
- Deep experience building and scaling SaaS in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, API design, data architecture, and DevOps/SRE
- Preference for AI Engineering, LLMs, or AI-native product development
