🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in software engineering building large-scale platforms.
- 7+ years leading engineering managers and 30+ engineers.
- Experience delivering large-scale data pipelines in AWS/GCP (batch/streaming).
- Ownership of platform reliability and data quality with SLAs/SLOs, on-call, and incidents.
- Track record shipping ML/AI-powered systems integrated into workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; cross-functional collaboration with Product/DS/Operations.
