Director of Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead CampCo Platform engineering org: Platform, Data, AI, DevOps, IT, Security.
• Oversee Camp Experience Platform for customers, internal products, and youth products.
• Drive AI platform for internal and external customers and enable AI adoption across CampCo.
• Transform Platform and DevOps practices to support a fully agentic development workflow.
• Set high standards for performance across tech, ops, AI use, process, PM, and people mgmt.
• Partner with product and design to define roadmaps balancing external and internal needs.

• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams in growth environments.
• Experience leading platform features for internal developers and external customers.
• Experience improving velocity via tooling, process, and culture changes.
• Experience leading DevOps and security initiatives.
• Experience transitioning teams to agentic coding and harness engineering for velocity gains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, translating trade-offs into business impact.
