Director of Engineering

📋 Description

• Provide coaching and set expectations for direct reports.
• Create development plans for the team and assist in achieving goals.
• Collaborate with Central Team Leader for Engineering to cast vision for the team.
• Partner to hire engineering staff with Central Team Leader.
• Ensure the team adds value to Digital Product and improves end-user experience each sprint.
• Lead API standards development to support secure, scalable integrations across Life.Church platforms.

• Flexible; create new processes and project strategies.
• Manage conflict and differing opinions with composure.
• Strong leadership; guide and develop others.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; 3-5 years experience.
