🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy, Public Policy, Engineering, or related field.

• 12+ years progressive experience, incl. 5+ years people leadership.
\n
• 5+ years leading energy efficiency programs in utility-funded or regulated settings.
\n
• Proven experience leading client contracts, renewals, and performance discussions.
\n
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
\n
• Ability to translate client needs into operations; bridge tech, costs, timelines.
\n
