  • Own and drive Direct Mail revenue growth through self-generated new business and collaboration with markets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, consistently achieving sales goals
  • Serve as the Direct Mail subject matter expert across markets
  • Educate and train AEs on product positioning, targeting, and case studies
  • Partner with local sellers on client strategy, prospecting, and closing
  • Own the full sales cycle from pre-sale strategy to post-sale analysis

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in digital or performance-based marketing
  • Demonstrated experience selling programmatic marketing solutions
  • Direct Mail experience, data-driven or programmatic
  • Strong new business development with hunter mentality
  • BA/BS degree (required)
  • IAB Certification (preferred)
