- Own and drive Direct Mail revenue growth through self-generated new business and collaboration with markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, consistently achieving sales goals
- Serve as the Direct Mail subject matter expert across markets

- Partner with local sellers on client strategy, prospecting, and closing
- Own the full sales cycle from pre-sale strategy to post-sale analysis

- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in digital or performance-based marketing
- Demonstrated experience selling programmatic marketing solutions
- Direct Mail experience, data-driven or programmatic
- Strong new business development with hunter mentality
- BA/BS degree (required)
- IAB Certification (preferred)
