📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end developer events strategy for the Developer Platform.
• Define and manage a portfolio of flagship, owned, and sponsored events.
• Lead cross-functional execution with DevRel, Product, Sales, and Comms.
• Build and lead a global events calendar with 50+ events per year.
• Own the events budget with a clear ROI framework.
• Innovate event formats: hackathons, AI showcases, hybrid experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in events/experiential marketing; 5+ in leadership.
• Deep experience with developer/technical audiences.
• Strong design sense; portfolio of memorable events.
• Strategic, analytical; tie events to pipeline and adoption.
• Proven budget management of $2M+ with transparency.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, DevRel, and Comms.
