Collaborate with strategy/ops to blend hospitality, wellness, and workplace spaces.
Lead design leadership and architectural coordination within a high-growth team.
Run design workshops with partners.
Coordinate with AORs, GCs, and vendors to translate design intent.
Develop internal tools and playbooks to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

5–6 years in architecture or interior design.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp; Revit bonus.
Strong communicator with architects, consultants, and internal teams.
Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving workload and scale.
