Lead multiple design projects from concept to construction docs.
Act as day-to-day contact for architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
Lead workshops with ownership, leasing, and development partners.
Translate stakeholder feedback into space strategies and layouts.
Coordinate with AORs, GCs, and vendors to realize design intent.
Collaborate with the VP of Design & Development to refine tools and playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

5–6 years in architecture or interior design, hospitality/workplace projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp; Revit bonus.
Strong communicator with architects, consultants, and internal teams.
Comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing workload and scale.
